Come and visit our comfortable, state-of-the-art office in Dunwoody, where we offer free wi-fi and smart charging stations to all our patients and their families. While visiting, surf the web or play games on our iPads that showcase various games for our patients and family members. Enjoy a cup of joe from our complimentary Keurig machine, which also offers tea and hot cocoa for kids of all ages! Our patient area features multiple TV screens so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a movie while Dr. Kaplan and our team create a beautiful smile for your loved one. At Kaplan Orthodontics, we pride ourselves on giving you a relaxed, professional and warm environment, with outstanding care for each one of our patients and family members.

Business ManagerI was born in Memphis, TN and Dr. Kaplan and I moved to the Atlanta area in 2002. I have been with Kaplan Orthodontics since it’s inception in 2005! I love working with this dedicated team, who care for each other and their patients so much. We have two awesome sons, whom I'm passionate about, along side not cooking and punctuality My formal education is in social work, and in-between grocery shopping, doing laundry and nagging my kids about their school work, I enjoy listening to my favorite podcasts - Armchair Expert and Unlocking Us.

Practice ManagerI am originally from Naples Florida, but I was raised here in Georgia. I don’t consider myself a “Southern Belle” because my parents are from Ohio and New Jersey, but we were still raised to be sweet like the GA peaches! I started working for Dr. Kaplan back in 2007. I love my team and Dr. Kaplan - we work hard and play hard and I really just enjoy that balance. We also have some awesome patients, and just seeing how excited they are when they are done with treatment is a pretty awesome feeling too. In my spare time I love to dance - I’m actually a certified yoga instructor and health coach; hiking anywhere in the mountains, and enjoying time with my husband, adorable dog Piper, and two sons.

Treatment CoordinatorHola! I was born in Michoacán, Mexico but raised in the Norcross area. I started in 2018 and I’ve loved every minute of working here. This amazing team of people I get to work with every day is one of the best parts of my job, and I just love getting to be a part of creating beautiful smiles! After work I love watching my favorite show - The Office, rescuing more pets than I probably need…but they’re cute so it’s ok, and hiking. I love learning to cook new recipes (because food is life) and shopping for home decor.

Treatment CoordinatorI was born in Dallas, TX but raised here in Atlanta since I was 8 years old, and started working for Dr. Kaplan at the beginning of 2019. I think what I love most about my job is being a part of this incredible team of people, all working together to help create beautiful smiles for our patients. Another awesome thing that came in 2019 was that I married my best friend! During the Covid-19 pandemic no less, but you can’t stop love! In my free time I can usually be found playing volleyball with my friends or dancing to latin music. My favorites are Bachata, Merengue and Salsa! You might also find me absolutely killing the hula hoop game. I’ve won every single hula hoop challenge I’ve ever been a part of. Resident hula champ right here!

Patient CoordinatorAnother GA native, through and through! I started with Kaplan in 2020 and I love these crazy, upbeat and happy coworkers of mine. I also like that I get to be the first interaction every patient who walks through our doors sees and talks too! If you know me at all, you know I live for the GA Bulldogs, and my own dog, an Australian Shepherd named Oakley. I could also add Dunkin Donuts coffee to that list of things I can’t live without! When I’m not working, I love watching Friends reruns, doing some home decor, and getting out to play disc golf.

Patient CoordinatorOne of the few who live in Atlanta, that are actually from Atlanta! Crazy right? So happy I started at Kaplan in 2020 - I just love my team! They're so great to work with, and I also like that I get to help patients, even with the smallest things, to make their day better so in the end they leave here happy! I'm a dog mom that likes doing crafts in my spare time and am open to trying almost anything once. In my free time I like to paint, shop, watch criminal shows (it’s kind of a theme here), or finding new places to eat! I love walking around the city or enjoying a big park, but the beach is my most favorite, and definitely my happy place.

Everyone is so dedicated to helping patients on their smile journey and I am grateful that I get to be a part of that. I am a dog mom of one spoiled pup, but am also owned by one demanding cat. In my free time I like to curl up with a good book, watch disney movies, or play games on my computer.

I started with Dr. Kaplan in November of 2012, and I literally just feel like a part of his family now! The best part about my job is how I get to help people have greater confidence in their smile, and of course, work with some amazing team EVER! I lived in Europe for 2 years and in 3 different countries, so you can say traveling is a passion of mine. I also really enjoy coloring, spending time at home with my husband and furbaby, and binging movies of any kind, but I really love those scary ones!

When not helping people smile more confidently, you can find me scrapbooking, heading out for a hike, petting ALL the dogs, or planning our next family vacation to Disney World with my son Blake!

I'm also a big Falcons fan, enjoy traveling, refurbishing furniture, and a good Netflix binge with my family.

Seeing the end result of our patients’ orthodontic treatment, with all their happy smiles and radiant confidence, it’s just so rewarding! Outside of work, you can find me exploring new hiking trails, in the kitchen experimenting with new baking recipes, or listening to crime podcasts…I’m kind of obsessed with those. I hope to add ‘traveling to Peru so I can fulfill my dream of being surrounded by llamas,’ to my list of activities I do outside of work at some point this year!

Clinical AssistantI was born in a small town in Virginia, I moved to GA because I would visit Atlanta almost once a month to visit my sister and the city. Overall I loved it here and have been living here since October 2020. I started at Kaplan in May 2021 and it has been another great decision about GA. I have been in the orthodontic field for a while now and most importantly over the years seeing the difference in smiles each day is what motivates me to continue in Ortho. Outside of the office you’ll always catch me on the go whether it’s shopping, travelling to different places, meeting new people in GA or trying different places around the city. Very excited about this journey!
