Business Manager

I was born in Memphis, TN and Dr. Kaplan and I moved to the Atlanta area in 2002. I have been with Kaplan Orthodontics since it’s inception in 2005! I love working with this dedicated team, who care for each other and their patients so much. We have two awesome sons, whom I'm passionate about, along side not cooking and punctuality My formal education is in social work, and in-between grocery shopping, doing laundry and nagging my kids about their school work, I enjoy listening to my favorite podcasts - Armchair Expert and Unlocking Us.

Practice Director

I am proudly of Costa Rican and Mexican heritage, I was born and raised in Atlanta, where I developed a strong passion for helping others. I have over a decade of experience in the field of dentistry, specializing in orthodontics.

My career began as an orthodontic assistant, and over the years, I have progressed through a variety of roles within the orthodontic office. I have a genuine love for all things related to dentistry, particularly the art of creating confident, beautiful smiles. In July 2024, I joined Kaplan Orthodontics, where I found a team that shares my enthusiasm and commitment to excellence. I truly value the collaborative environment and the passion each team member brings to their work.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy expressing creativity through makeup artistry and have a passion for collecting fragrances. I am also a proud dog owner to two doodles, Rex and Penny, who bring joy and energy to my daily life. Family is at the center of everything I do. I have been happily married for over ten years and cherish spending quality time with my loved ones.

Treatment Coordinator

I was born in a small town in Virginia, I moved to GA because I would visit Atlanta almost once a month to visit my sister and the city. Overall I loved it here and have been living here since October 2020. I started at Kaplan in May 2021 and it has been another great decision about GA. I have been in the orthodontic field for a while now and most importantly over the years seeing the difference in smiles each day is what motivates me to continue in Ortho. Outside of the office you’ll always catch me on the go whether it’s shopping, travelling to different places, meeting new people in GA or trying different places around the city.

Patient Coordinator

Hello, hello! Another native Georgia peach right here. I joined the Kaplan Crew in 2021, and I have to say that you would be hard pressed to find a team as amazing as this one! Everyone is so dedicated to helping patients on their smile journey and I am grateful that I get to be a part of that. I am a dog mom of one spoiled pup, but am also owned by one demanding cat. In my free time I like to curl up with a good book, watch disney movies, or play games on my computer.

Clinical Assistant

Close enough to be a Georgian, I was born in Jacksonville, Florida but moved up here to the Suwanee area as a young kid. I started with Dr. Kaplan in November of 2012, and I literally just feel like a part of his family now! The best part about my job is how I get to help people have greater confidence in their smile, and of course, work with the amazing team EVER! I lived in Europe for 2 years and in 3 different countries, so you can say traveling is a passion of mine. I also really enjoy coloring, spending time at home with my husband and furbabies, and binging movies of any kind, but I really love those scary ones!

Clinical Assistant

I am from Miami, FL and I moved to GA when I was just a kid. I started at Kaplan Orthodontics in 2019, and I love the work I get to do every day. Seeing the end result of our patients’ orthodontic treatment, with all their happy smiles and radiant confidence, it’s just so rewarding! Outside of work, you can find me exploring new hiking trails, in the kitchen experimenting with new baking recipes, or listening to crime podcasts…I’m kind of obsessed with those. I hope to add ‘traveling to Peru so I can fulfill my dream of being surrounded by llamas,’ to my list of activities I do outside of work at some point this year!

Georgia born and raised - a true Georgia peach! I started with Dr. Kaplan back in 2013 and I have loved seeing all the transformation of smiles over the years, just knowing I was a part of that. When I’m not at work I enjoy listening to music, which of course, always involves dancing. I stay current by learning all the latest dance moves from my three daughters! I'm also a big Falcons fan, enjoy traveling, refurbishing furniture, and a good Netflix binge with my family.

Clinical Assistant

Hey there friends! I was the first person in my family born in Georgia (Grady baby here). The rest of my family is in California or Mexico so you might hear Dr. Kaplan practicing his Spanish with me during your appointments. I joined the Kaplan family in 2023 but my dental journey began in 2020. Since becoming an orthodontic assistant, I have continuously been excited to learn more and hone my skills each day. When I'm not at work, I love to unwind with my furbaby Lucy, and my loved ones. You can catch me exploring this beautiful world or keeping my hands busy with a new arts and crafts project at home.

Orthodontic Clinician

I was raised in Atlanta from the age of three. My journey in dentistry began in a general dental office in 2022 before joining Dr. Kaplan’s team in 2025. A fun fact about my journey — I was actually a patient at Kaplan Orthodontics before becoming part of the team! That full-circle experience allows me to truly connect with patients and understand their perspective every step of the way.

What I love most about my role is helping patients feel comfortable and confident, whether they’re starting treatment, exploring braces or aligners, or just a little nervous on their first visit. Creating a positive experience and seeing those final smile transformations is incredibly rewarding.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy traveling, trying new things, and unwinding with my family by binge-watching shows and movies. I believe balance is key — because even those of us in the smile business need time to relax and have fun!
