- Initial Enrollment: After an initial enrollment fee of $550, you can receive a replacement set of retainers for only $39 rather than the usual cost of $560.
- Built-in Savings: Because the enrollment fee includes your first replacement set, this program more than pays for itself with just ONE lost or broken set of retainers that needs replacement. That means less worry for you!
Easy Enrollment, No Matter Where You Are
We want to make this easy for you. You can enroll in Retainer Assurance at different times:
- It can be added into your initial contract and paid over the course of treatment (on average adding only $30 to your payment plan!).
- It can be purchased at the end of treatment.
- Or, you can enroll at the time you hear those dreaded words, “I lost my retainer!"
You can re-enroll in Retainer Assurance every five years to make sure you are protecting the smile you love for life!
